Costa Esuri,  Huelva Province
 

Costa Esuri is a fabulous new development which is located in the south west corner of Spain close to the town of Ayamonte and 2km from the Portuguese border.  Only 55 kms from the city of Huelva, this area has excellent transportation links to both Faro and Sevilla airports.  Costa Esuri is now classed as one of the most exciting new developments on the Costa de la Luz.
 

This area has 2 championship golf courses, 4 hotels, plus commercial and sports centres and is a dream which has taken several years to put together.  

Apartment and town house owners are taking possession and the golf courses have been started.  The first 18 hole course is now ready to play.  The shopping centres are already being built and there are many palm trees starting to line the wide avenues.  The whole area is being beautifully landscaped. 

Permission to build a deep water marina along the River Guadiana (which borders Spain and Portugal) has already been passed and the entire development is surrounded by a nature reserve. 

 

  

Perhaps the most appealing investment opportunity within Costa Esuri is the land.  Plots are available on which luxury self style villas can be built.  The plots range in size from 850-3,000m², with most having around 1,000m².  Each plot comes with planning permission to build a villa, with the build size ranging from 182-227m².

When designing your own villa it is important to note that basements and open terraces do not count as build, and closed terraces count as 50% build. 

The plots have road access and are connected to the utilities,  including telephone, electricity, water and sewage.
